Storage and Transportation
The material should be sealed and stored in a dry, cool, and well-ventilated environment, protected from sunlight, rain, and fire sources.
Under original packaging and specified storage conditions, the shelf life is 6 months from the production date. Products beyond the shelf life may still be used if tested and confirmed to meet technical requirements.
After opening, use as soon as possible. Reseal tightly when not in use.
During transportation, avoid rain, direct sunlight, and severe impact. Materials should be stacked neatly and steadily in compliance with transportation regulations.
Construction Conditions
Substrate Requirements:
Concrete substrates should be cleaned thoroughly, repaired, leveled, and mechanically roughened. Ensure the concrete is fully cured with a compressive strength of at least C25 and a moisture content below 8%.
Environmental Conditions:
Ambient temperature above 5°C; relative humidity below 85%.
Ventilation:
Adequate ventilation must be maintained during application.
Application Method and Requirements
YP-1611 can be applied directly after opening the container.
Use a weight ratio of 1:6–8 between the single-component adhesive and 3–5 mm (or 2–4 mm) colored granules. The ratio may vary depending on the rubber content of the granules.
Conduct a small trial paving before proceeding to large-area application. Areas inaccessible to paving machines should be hand-applied.
Inspect the paved surface carefully and repair porous or uneven areas promptly.
Recommended Consumption
For a thickness of 10 mm, the recommended consumption is ≥ 2 kg/m².
